Within the service period, we offer 1 free Factory Maintenance service per year, which includes deep cleaning, component inspection, updates and recalibration, along with an official maintenance report.
* Battery Replacement, Flyaway Coverage, and Factory Maintenance are only available for select DJI products. Refer to the Terms of Service or visit our FAQ page for complete details. Factory Maintenance is not available in Hongkong. Hong Kong only offers DJI Care Express Basic services.

[2] DJI Enterprise products bound to DJI Care Enterprise Plus at the same period (within 30 days) can share the total coverage.
[3] Available for regions covered by DJI Care Enterprise. Logistics and customs duties incurred beyond the scope of coverage must be borne by the user.
[4] If you do not complete the linking and binding operations, or cancel any of the operations after completion, you will not be able to apply for Flyaway Coverage in case of a flyaway incident.
