Warranty eligibility depends on your product, purchase date, and issue type. You can check your warranty status using your proof of purchase and DJI account, or refer to our warranty guide.
Some older or discontinued DJI products are no longer supported for repair or service. For the most up-to-date list of unsupported products, please refer to DJI's official support page.
Repair costs vary depending on the model, type of damage, and parts required. Once your device is assessed, a detailed quotation will be provided for approval before any repairs proceed.
We do not charge for damage or warranty assessments.
Most repairs are completed within approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on the extent of damage, parts availability, and processing times. Some newer models may be eligible for an express replacement service.
DJI's Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by user error, accidents, water/liquid exposure, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear. For full details, please refer to DJI's After-Sales Service Policies.
If your damage is not covered under warranty, we offer paid repair services where the damage is repairable. You may also be eligible for a replacement under DJI Care Refresh if your device is covered.
All repair work completed by D1 Store is backed by a 90-day service warranty on the repaired components, covering faults related to the repair performed.
Yes, our DJI-certified technicians also service selected DJI handheld devices, gimbals (Ronin series), and accessories, depending on product support availability.
For safety and reliability reasons, water-damaged drones are generally not repairable. However, if you have DJI Care Refresh, you may be eligible for a replacement device.
For safety reasons, batteries and propellers are not repairable. These items must be replaced. Our team can assist you in purchasing suitable replacements.
Warranty claims are typically handled by the retailer you purchased from or directly through DJI. However, we may be able to assist with facilitating your claim—please contact us to discuss your options.

During December, January, and Easter holiday periods, please allow extra time for processing, receiving and repairing your device. Assessment may take up to 2 weeks. Once shipped to us, allow an extra 5 business days for arrival (shipping costs not included). Repairs typically take 1–3 weeks to complete.
