During December, January, and Easter holiday periods, please allow extra time for processing, receiving and repairing your device. Assessment may take up to 2 weeks. Once shipped to us, allow an extra 5 business days for arrival (shipping costs not included). Repairs typically take 1–3 weeks to complete.
